The hotel features a selection of pools and comfy loungers. The food selection was great and cooked very well. I received a lovely welcome drink and snack. Golf buggies transported guests to and from their rooms.

A Charmed Stay!

I found the pools offered diverse experiences. One was specifically for adults, which I valued. Three restaurants presented different dining options and the breakfast buffet impressed me! It featured a noodle bar and freshly squeezed juices. The hotel's location near local beaches and attractions like night markets was convenient. I appreciated the accessibility to activities and relaxation.
The extensive Christmas decorations seemed a bit much. They even covered handrails on the stairs, quite a lot!

The position of this hotel is excellent. It is a short walk from Freedom beach. It is near enough to visit easily, but provides an escape from any hustle. I found this a perfect balance.

service Issues detracted from the stay

the Pools were nice.
i encountered issues with the service. i booked a private van transfer to the airport, and my suitcases were scratched during the transfer. the Driver drove unsafely, speeding and overtaking aggressively despite my requests to slow down. Also ,the therapist at the spa seemed uninterested and gave a mechanical treatment.
